Some technical difficulties and time shortage made us to suspend online payments. From now on the only way to make a payment for participation in conference is to pay upon arrival to Wroclaw. All participants are asked to check their payment status and please contact us when something is not as expected.

The preliminary Conference programme was updated and it is available on our website. All the informations about sessions and approved presentations/posters should be available there. Those who will take a part in oral presentation or poster session should check if everything is right (e.g the presentation title, authors name or a type of the presentation)
Soon we will give more specific informations about the time of single presentation for each session.

We encourage to check the payment status in user account panel. This is the only way make sure that the participate in conference is already paid

Payment system is back online

Because of small code glitch there was a problem with payment form (payment amount from the outer limits!). It's corrected now. Also the problem with login to user panel should not occur again (session expired). Please report if something goes wrong

Since I will be on vacation for a next three weeks there will be no support with transactions issues. Please have that in mind and if it is possible please try to avoid of making any payments until 3rd of August.

Because of transaction verification issues some of the payments were canceled and other are still marked as unauthorized. In those cases we are willing to freeze (for next 10 days) the conference costs (for those transaction ONLY!!! )at the level from before the 1st of July.
Participants who reported this kind of problems or those whom the transaction was canceled in the last few days are asked to contact at esove@microb.uni.wroc.pl to activate this option (in the title of message please write "Verification issue")

Excursion to Auschwitz
Participants interested in excursion to Auschwitz (optional) are asked to mark a check box in User Panel (Main tab/Personal information)
Excursion Programme: Friday, 17th September 2010
8:30 a.m. - departure (approximately 3 hours by bus)
1:00 p.m. - Lunch
2:00-5:00 p.m. - Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau - guided tour
8:00 p.m. - return to Wroclaw
Payment at the reception desk at the arrival day. Total cost per person is 50 Euro

• The status of the payment of participant is now available on the Payment tab, after log in to user panel. Any changes are updated once a day (~ within 24 hours)
• There is many questions about money (bank) transfer option. I hope this short guide will be helpful. It is necessary to register and fill everything online (e.g. to store in our system the billing information).

To get the information about account number for money transfer (if you are not interested in credit card or debit card payment) you will need to provide us all the informations we need and - on the payment website - choose "Przelew bankowy" option - the icon is located exacly on the middle of the screen and looks like:
